Registered Intellectual Property. Means all Intellectual Property that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued, filed with, or recorded by any state, government or other public legal authority.
Registered Intellectual Property. Means all Proprietary Assets of any Group Company, wherever located, that is the subject of an application, certificate, filing, registration or other document issued by, filed with or recorded by any Governmental Authority.
Registered Intellectual Property. Shall mean all Copyrights, Patents and Trademarks issued by, registered with, renewed by or the subject of a pending application before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or the United States Copyright Office.
