Registered Notice

Registered Notice. Shall mean notice delivered personally or sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, and first-class postage prepaid; and, if such Registered Notice is sent with respect to a Bona Fide Offer, such Registered Notice shall contain a true and complete copy of the Bona Fide Offer, setting forth the price and all terms and conditions, with the name(s), address(es) (both home and office) and business(es) or other occupation(s) of the outside offeror or offerors.
