Registered Subordinated Creditor

Registered Subordinated Creditor. Shall mean the Subordinated Creditor whose name and address appears in Section 8 of this Agreement or any successor or assignee, whose name and address (including telecopy numbers) have been delivered to TCO in writing, the receipt of which has been acknowledged by TCO in writing.
