Registering Holder

Registering Holder. Means an Initiating Holder that registers Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 2.1; provided, however, that if any of the Forstmann Little Partnerships desires to include all or a portion of its Registrable Securities in any registration effected by Parent pursuant to Section 2.1, the term "Registering Holder" shall be deemed to mean the Forstmann Little Partnerships.
