Example Definitions of "Registration Default Date"
Registration Default Date. The date that is 120 days following the Registration Filing Date.
Registration Default Date. Means the date that is 180 days after the Closing Date.
Registration Default Date. Means (i) 180 days after the Closing Date or (ii) in the case of an Additional Registration Statement, 60 days after the Additional Filing Deadline with respect to such Additional Registration Statement.
Registration Default Date. The date which is six (6) months following the Closing Date; provided, however, if the Registration Statement is subject to review by the SEC staff the Registration Default Date shall be the date which is ten (10) months following the Closing Date.
