Registration Demand. Means a written request to register, pursuant to this Agreement, a number of Registrable Securities that equals or is greater than the Registrable Amount, which Registration Demand shall specify the number and type of such Registrable Securities to be registered and the intended method or methods of disposition of such Registrable Securities.
