Example Definitions of "Registration Period"
Registration Period. The period (i) beginning upon the filing of the Shelf Registration and (ii) ending three months after the date that the Investor Group ceases to be the Beneficial Owner of 5% or more of the outstanding Shares, excluding the Excluded Interests.
Registration Period. Means the period of time that will end on the date that is the later of (A) two (2) years from the Closing Date, (B) the date by which all the Registrable Securities may be sold without volume or manner of sale restrictions which may be applicable to affiliates under Rule 144, or (C) the date on which all of the Registrable Securities are sold.
Registration Period. Means such period of time from the initial filing date of the Initial Registration Statement until the date on which the Investor shall have sold all the Registrable Shares.
