Registration

Registration. To a registration effected by preparing and filing a registration statement in compliance with the Securities Act, and the declaration or ordering of the effectiveness of such registration statement.

Registration. Refer to a registration effected by preparing and filing a Registration Statement or Statements in compliance with the 1933 Act and pursuant to Rule 415 under the 1933 Act or any successor rule providing for offering securities on a continuous basis ("Rule 415"), and the declaration or ordering of effectiveness of such Registration Statement by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

Registration. Shall mean a Demand Registration or a Piggyback Registration.

Registration. Refers to a registration effected by preparing and filing one or more Registration Statements (as defined below) in compliance with the Securities Act and pursuant to Rule 415 and the declaration or ordering of effectiveness of such Registration Statement(s) by the SEC.

Any registration of Common Stock pursuant to a registration statement filed by the Company with the SEC in respect of any class of Common Stock, other than a registration statement in respect of employee stock options or other employee benefit plans or in respect of any merger, consolidation, acquisition or like combination, whether on Form S-4, Form S-8 or any equivalent form of registration then in effect

Registration. Any registration pursuant to this Agreement, including pursuant to the Shelf Registration Statement, a Mandatory Registration or a piggy-back registration.

Registration. A registration made by preparing and filing a Registration Statement or similar document in compliance with the 1933 Act (as defined below), and the declaration or ordering of effectiveness of such Registration Statement or document

Registration. Shall mean, with respect to each country in the Territory, written approval of the Registration Application for the Product filed in such country, including pricing or reimbursement, where applicable, by the Regulatory Authority in such country.

Registration. Any registration or proposed registration of Registrable Securities pursuant to a Registration Statement in respect to the sale of any Registrable Securities.

Registration. Shall mean the regulatory approvals of any applicable Regulatory Authorities issued in DUSA's name (or in either DAEWOONG's or DNC's name, if DUSA agrees in writing) and necessary to permit the commencement of the marketing and sale of the Product in any country in the Territory.
