REGISTRY. Means a database of all information collected by VerticalNet after the Effective Date from business entities through the Buyer's Guide online registration process (including without limitation company names, addresses, contact information, product descriptions, product pricing, etc. ), and all associated taxonomy and documentation relating to such database. Such data may or may not be included in Storefronts or E-Commerce Centers.
