Regular Monthly Base Salary

Regular Monthly Base Salary. Means the Participant's regular monthly base salary in effect immediately prior to the date his or her employment is terminated (or, if higher, the regular monthly base salary in effect on the Effective Date), and shall be determined without regard to any overtime, bonuses, commissions, fringe benefits, reimbursements or other irregular payments.
