Example Definitions of "Regular Record Date"
Regular Record Date. Means, with respect to the Senior Notes only, the close of business on January 31 or July 31, as the case may be, immediately preceding each Interest Payment Date.
Regular Record Date. Means, with respect to the Senior Notes only, the close of business on July 1 or January 31 or July 31, 1, as the case may be, immediately preceding each Interest Payment Date.

Regular Record Date.
