Regular-Way Settlement

Regular-Way Settlement. At any time, the current practice in the United States for settlement of sales of publicly-traded equity securities. For the avoidance of doubt, Fairholme and the Company each acknowledge that, as of the date hereof, Regular Way Settlement means settlement three Business Days after the execution of a sale of publicly-traded equity securities.
