Regulatory Approvals. Any and all permissions (other than the Manufacturing approvals) required to be obtained from Regulatory Authorities and any other competent authority for the development, registration, importation and distribution of a Compound in the United States, Europe or other applicable jurisdictions for use in humans.

Regulatory Approvals. The approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) for Vista to issue shares to the Association.
