Regulatory Body
Regulatory Body. Refers to The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (FRB), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), also known as "the agencies".
Regulatory Body. Shall mean the governing or controlling entity which regulates and/or approves the manufacture, sale, or use of Products in a given country, including for example the FDA in the United States.
