Regulatory Materials Receipt

Regulatory Materials Receipt. Means the date on which Elanco provides Tarsus with the Regulatory Materials in existence as of the Effective Date that are reasonably necessary to research, develop, make, use or otherwise exploit Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory. Such materials include, without limitation, [***], FDA approval letter, and FDA correspondence related to 21 Sep 18 Safety Communication.
