RELATED CONTRACTS. Means any and all production contracts for beverages of any kind now existing or hereafter entered into, including, but not limited to, the Boston Beer Agreement, the Mark Anthony Cellars Agreement and the letter agreement dated Page 153 of 272 September 25, 2000 between UDV North America, Inc. and Genesee, as an original party, and all amendments and modifications thereof.
