Related CSA

Related CSA. Means that certain Capital Support Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among Legg Mason, LM Capital Support 4, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("LMCS4" and, together with Legg Mason, the "Related Support Providers") and the Fund, as the same may be amended and in effect from time to time.
