Related Economic Rights

Related Economic Rights. Means any and all rights to payment or other economic rights to the extent arising out of the Equity Interests, including, without limitation, all rights to and distributions of cash, securities, instruments, other equity interests or other proceeds or remuneration arising in connection with dividends, equity interest splits, recapitalizations or reorganizations whether any or all of the same represent profits, capital gains, returns of contributed capital, loan proceeds or otherwise.
