Related Entities. Includes, with respect to any Tudor Entity, any entities for which any of the Tudor Entities or any of its Affiliates serve as general partner and/or investment advisor or in a similar capacity, and all mutual funds or other pooled investment vehicles or entities under the control or management of any of the Tudor Entities or its Affiliates.
