Related Entity

Related Entity. Means any Parent, Subsidiary and any business, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity in which the Company, a Parent or a Subsidiary holds an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, and including but not limited to Summerhill Development and Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company.

Related Entity. Shall mean any direct or indirect subsidiary or parent corporation of the Company now existing or hereafter formed or acquired.

Related Entity.
