Related Excluded Entity
Related Excluded Entity. Means with respect to an Excluded Entity, (a) any Person that directly or indirectly through one or more entities Controls, is Controlled by or is under common Control with an Excluded Entity, or (b) any other Person that is an Affiliate of an Excluded Entity.
