Related Releasee

Related Releasee. With respect to LICENSEE shall mean that party's parent corporation(s), other stockholders, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns, all of whom are intended third-party beneficiaries of the 1997 License Agreement. With respect to MICHIGAN, the term Related Releasee shall mean that party's subsidiaries, Regents, fellows, officers, employees and agents.
