Related SubDistributor

Related SubDistributor. Means any distributor (or similar entity) (a) to which MIA (or its Affiliate) sells or otherwise transfers Products for resale or redistribution, and (b) with which MIA or any Affiliate of MIA has any direct or indirect financial relationship (which may include, without limitation, equity ownership, credit facilities, rebates, profit or revenue interest, etc.).
