Related Technology
Related Technology. Any know-how, technical information, research and development information, test results, and data necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights which (a) has been developed by Dr. Timothy Kowalik and his associates in his laboratory at the Medical School as of the Effective Date and which is owned by Medical School.
Related Technology. Shall, subject to the provisions of Section 1.1 (including the exclusions and limitations on the Field set forth therein), mean all technical information, know-how, processes, procedures, compositions, methods, techniques, data or other subject matter owned by LXR as of the Effective Date, and relating to the manufacture, formulation, use or sale of Licensed Products, and that are necessary or useful for the exercise of the rights granted under the License Agreement.
