Relative Performance

Relative Performance. The differential between Total Shareholder Return and the Index Return. For this purpose, Total Shareholder Return relative to the Index Return will be computed through each day of the consecutive 30-day trading period within the final 90-day period of the Performance Period that results in the highest Relative Performance.
