Relative TSR Percentile Rank. The percentile performance of the Company as compared to the S&P 500 Companies and shall be determined by the following formula: P = R / N "P" represents the percentile performance of the Company. "N" represents the number of entities within the S&P 500 Companies. "R" represents the Company's ranking versus the other companies in the S&P 500 Index, as described in Section 3(a).
