Release Agreement

Release Agreement. A release of claims in a form provided by the Claims Administrator to the Participant, pursuant to which a Participant may be required to (i) acknowledge the receipt of the severance payment and other benefits and (ii) release the Company and its Affiliates (including the Employer) and other Persons and entities designated by the Company from any liability arising from such Participant's employment or Termination (other than with respect to the Participant's rights under the Plan)

Release Agreement. The release of claims attached as Exhibit A.

Release Agreement. An agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.

Release Agreement. Means the Company's standard form of agreement pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company or any direct and indirect subsidiary, parent, affiliated, or related company of the Company, or their respective officers and directors.

Release Agreement. Shall mean a Release Agreement in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT D signed by each holder of Preferred Shares and Chameleon Notes.

Release Agreement. Means the respective Release Agreements attached hereto as EXHIBIT 3a AND 3b.

Release Agreement. The term "Release Agreement" shall mean a Release Agreement between CancerVax, on the one hand, and M-Tech and its Affiliates, on the other hand, in the form set forth in Exhibit C hereto, which shall be executed by the Parties concurrently with this Agreement.

Release Agreement. An agreement, in substantially the form customarily used by the Company for similarly situated executives of the Company in similar instances, pursuant to which the Executive releases, to the extent permitted by law, all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers

Release Agreement. An agreement and general release, in a form satisfactory to Bank, that releases and forever discharges Bank, Parent and their affiliates, officers, employees, and directors from all claims and damages that Executive may have in connection with or arising out of his employment or the termination of employment with Bank or Parent.

Release Agreement. The Bank's standard release of claims agreement executed by the Bank and the Executive under which the Executive releases the Bank from any and all claims based on losses, damages, liabilities, actions, suits, costs, expenses, disbursements, taxes and penalties of any kind and nature whatsoever arising due to the Executive's employment with the Bank.
