Release and Undertaking

Release and Undertaking. Means the General Release of Claims and Undertaking of Certain Covenants substantially in the form thereof attached hereto as Exhibit A or in such other form as the SVP Human Resources prescribes (i) from time to time or (ii) for participants located in jurisdictions outside of Canada and the United States of America.
