Release Condition. Will deemed to have occurred if Occam fails to correct or provide a work around for a design defect in a BLC Product in accordance with Section 11.2 within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the failure from Tellabs.
Release Condition. Means the requirement that you (or your personal representative, if applicable) execute a general waiver and release, in such a form as provided by the Company (the "Release"), within the applicable time period set forth therein, and such Release must become effective in accordance with its terms, which must occur in no event more than 60 days following the applicable termination date. Release Condition. That the Covered Employee has executed and delivered to the Company a release of claims in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Release") within twenty-one (21) days (or, if applicable, forty-five (45) days) following the date of termination of the Covered Employee's employment and that the Covered Employee has not revoked such release within seven (7) days following such execution and delivery.
