Release Condition

Release Condition. That the Covered Employee has executed and delivered to the Company a release of claims in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Release") within twenty-one (21) days (or, if applicable, forty-five (45) days) following the date of termination of the Covered Employee's employment and that the Covered Employee has not revoked such release within seven (7) days following such execution and delivery.
