Example Definitions of "Release Conditions"
Release Conditions. Means Executive's execution and delivery to the Company on or prior to the Release Expiration Date of a release of claims agreement in a form acceptable to the Company (which form shall be provided by the Company to Executive within seven (7) days of the Date of Termination), and, where applicable, Executive's non-revocation of such release in the time set forth within such release to do so.
Release Conditions. The following conditions occurring within sixty (60) days following the Separation: (i) the Company has received the Executive's executed Release and (ii) any rescission period applicable to the Executive's executed Release has expired.
