Release Consideration Period

The period of time pursuant to the terms of the Release afforded the Executive to consider whether to sign it, which period will be at least as long as the number of days required by applicable law and, in all events, shall end no earlier than the 45th day following the Separation from Service date

Release Consideration Period. The 21 or 45-day period described in the Release during which the Executive is entitled to consider whether to sign it.

Release Consideration Period. The twenty-one (21) day period following the date upon which the Company timely delivers the Release to Executive, or in the event that Executive's termination of employment is "in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program" (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967), the forty-five (45) day period following such delivery date.

Release Consideration Period. The period of 21 days or 45 days, as applicable, following the date the Company provides the Eligible Executive with a general release of claims before the Eligible Executive must execute such release of claims to fulfill the Release Requirement.
