Example Definitions of "Release Expiration Date"
Release Expiration Date. The date that is 21 days after the date that the applicable Participant is provided the Release (which shall occur no later than seven days after the Date of Termination), or in the event that such termination of employment is in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program (as defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is 45 days after such delivery date.
Release Expiration Date. That date that is 21 days following the date upon which the Company delivers to the Executive the release of claims contemplated in the definition of "Severance Conditions" below or, in the event that such termination is "in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program" (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is 45 days following such delivery date.
