Released Affiliate

Released Affiliate. Means, with respect to any EOTT Party or Enron Party, as the case may be, any Person directly or indirectly controlled by such Party or with respect to which such Party shares control. For purposes of this definition, "control" means the possession of the power to direct or cause the direction of management and policies of such Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise.
