Releasees

Releasees. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 27.

Releasees. Company, Parent, Merger Sub or any of their respective advisors, agents, directors, officers, Affiliates, employees, representatives, predecessors, successors, related entities, assigns or the like

Releasees. The Lenders, the Agent and their respective affiliates, affiliated and/or managed funds, subsidiaries, shareholders and "controlling persons" (within the meaning of the federal securities laws), and their respective successors and assigns and each and all of the officers, directors, employees, principals, managers, investment managers, members, agents, attorneys and other representatives of each of the foregoing in their capacities as such.

Releasees. Means Jazz and its past, present, and future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (including without limitation the Jazz Affiliate Defendants), officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, servants, representatives (and as applicable each of their past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, servants, and representatives), and the predecessors, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives of each of the foregoing. 8

Releasees. The other Party and its respective present and former, direct and indirect, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents, representatives, permitted successors and permitted assigns (collectively, "Releasees")

Releasees. (i) Parent; (ii) Parent's current and future affiliates (including the Company and the other Acquired Corporations); (iii) the respective Representatives of the Persons referred to in clauses "(i)" and "(ii)" of this sentence; (iv) the respective successors and past, present and future assigns of the Persons identified or otherwise referred to in clauses "(i)" through "(iii)" of this sentence; and (v) each officer and director of the Company as of the Closing Date. 2

Releasees. Means a Party, its subsidiaries, Affiliates, and any and all of the officers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, advisors, attorneys, or accountants of any of the foregoing.

Releasees. Agent, each Lender, their respective successors and assigns and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, predecessors, directors, officers, partners, attorneys, employees, agents and other representatives

Releasees. The Agent, Lenders and all such other parties being hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Releasees" and individually as a "Releasee"

Releasees. Means, with respect to Plaintiff, Plaintiff Releasees, and with respect to Defendants, Defendant Releasees.
