Example Definitions of "Relevant Documents"
Relevant Documents. Means this Agreement, any and all Notes, and any and all other Contracts and other Documents executed by a member of the Debtor Group evidencing the Loans and the security interest of Secured Party under this Agreement, as each such Note, Contract and other Document is amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Relevant Documents. Include documents, records or other information with respect to a Claim that: (A) were relied upon by the Claims Administrator in making the benefit determination; (B) were submitted to, considered by or generated for, the Claims Administrator in the course of making the benefit determination, without regard to whether such documents, records 8 or other information were relied upon by the Claims Administrator in making the benefit determination; ...
