Reload Option

Reload Option. Means an Option granted to an employee equal to the number of shares of already owned Company Stock delivered by the employee to exercise an Option described in Section 10(d).

Reload Option. Shall mean an Option to purchase for cash or shares a number of shares of Common Stock up to (i) the number of shares of Common Stock used to exercise the underlying option, and (ii) the number of shares of Common Stock used to satisfy any tax withholding requirement incident to the exercise of the underlying option, in either case through the use of shares of Common Stock or vested options.

Reload Option. Means an Option that may be granted when an Optionee pays all or a portion of the purchase price and withholding taxes of an Option with previously owned Shares.

Reload Option. An Option automatically granted to a Participant equal to the number of shares of Mature Shares delivered by the Participant in payment of the exercise price of an Option having a Reload Feature

Reload Option. Means the grant of a new Option to a Holder who exercises an Option(s) as provided in Section 7(f) of the Plan.

Reload Option. Has the meaning specified in Article 6(d).
