Reload Shares

Reload Shares. The Shares granted upon exercise of reload rights in conjunction with the exercise of an Option by tendering payment of the Exercise Price of the Option as evidenced by proof of ownership along with an affidavit of stock ownership of Shares that have been owned by the Employee for at least six months prior to the transaction as set forth in Section 3.
