Reload Stock Option

Reload Stock Option. Means an additional Stock Option granted in connection with the grant of a Stock Option entitling the Recipient to such additional Stock Option in the event the Recipient exercises such prior Stock Option by surrendering other shares of Common Stock in accordance with Section 12.
