Remaining Capital

Remaining Capital. , with respect to the Stockholders, as of any relevant date, an amount equal to the excess of (i) the aggregate amount of cash contributed or deemed contributed by the Company to the Operating Partnership from the gross proceeds of the issuance by the Company of Shares to the Stockholders, over (ii) the cumulative amounts paid to the Stockholders to repurchase Shares under the Company's share redemption plan as of such date.
