Remaining Stockholders

Remaining Stockholders. The Stockholders other than, in the case of an Offer under Section 6 hereof, the Offeree, in the case of the death of a Stockholder under Section 7 hereof, the Decedent and his or her estate, in the case of a bankruptcy or insolvency under Section 8 hereof and the bankrupt or insolvent Stockholder. "Remaining Stockholders" shall not include any Stockholder who is not a Qualified Person.
