Example Definitions of "Remedies"
Remedies. The acceleration of the Note or the exercise of any remedies in respect of any default thereunder (including, without limitation, any right of setoff or similar right, any right of collection, repayment, prepayment, repurchase, redemption or put right, the right to sue the Company or to file or participate in any involuntary Proceeding or take any other action under law, against the Company but excluding in any event the imposition additional interest pursuant to Section 1(b)).
Remedies. Because the Executive has access to Confidential Information (as defined in Schedule B), the Executive understands and agrees the Patheon Group would suffer irreparable harm from a breach of this Agreement and that money damages would not be an adequate remedy for any such breach of this Agreement.
