Removal Period

Example Definitions of "Removal Period"
Removal Period. Means the period of time that is required by the Tenant to remove any and all of Tenant's Property, including the Facilities and/or Improvements, from the Site in accordance with Section 7.1.
Removal Period. Means the period of time that is required by the Tenant to remove any and all of Tenant's Property, including the Facilities Facility and/or Improvements, from the Project Site in accordance with Section 7.1.
