Renegotiated Contracts
Renegotiated Contracts. Means, collectively, the following agreements to be executed and delivered by Williams and CDWR pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 3.2(a) of this Settlement Agreement, together with any exhibits, schedules, confirmation letters and any written supplements thereto: (a) Product A, B, C Master Agreement (including the Product A, B, C Confirmation); and (b) Product D Master Agreement (including the Product D Confirmation).
