Example Definitions of "Rentable Area"
Rentable Area. Rentable area includes the useable space and a prorata share of common area determined by actual BOMA calculations of the rentable space and the useable space. The useable space is the area in the suite exclusive of the prorata portion of the common area.
Rentable Area. The aggregate square footage in any one or more buildings in the Project, as appropriate, as reasonably determined by Landlord from time to time. 4
Rentable Area. Means (1) the "Usable Area" within any leased premises (i.e., the gross area enclosed by the surface of the exterior glass walls, the mid-point of any walls separating portions of the Premises from those of adjacent tenants, the slab penetration line of all walls separating such leased premises from Service Areas and the corridor side of walls separating such leased promises from Common Areas), plus (2) a pro-rata part of the Common Areas and Service Areas within the Building, including the... area encompassed by any columns or other structural elements which provide support to such leased premises and/or the Building, but excluding permanent vertical penetrations, such as fire stairs, elevator shafts, flues, pipe shafts and vertical ducts. Rentable Area. Shall mean approximately 136,493 rentable square feet of space which is all the rentable space in the Building Complex and excluding Common Areas. Rentable Area. As to both the Premises and the Project, the respective measurements of floor area as may from time to time be subject to adjustment by Landlord, provided that it is applicable to Tenant and all tenants of the Project, respectively, as determined by Landlord and applied on a consistent basis throughout the Project. Rentable Area. For purposes of this paragraph, "Leased Area" shall mean all floor area in a tenant space, measured to the inside glass surface of exterior Building walls, to the center of corridors and other permanent partitions, and to the center of partitions that separate tenant space from adjoining tenant spaces, without deduction for columns and projections necessary to the Building; and "Common Area" shall mean the total area on a floor consisting of restrooms, janitor, telephone and electrical closets, mechanical areas and public corridors providing access to tenant space on such floor, but excluding public stairs, elevator shafts and pipe shafts. Rentable Area. As to both the Premises and the Project, the respective measurements of net rentable floor area includes Tenant's proportionate share of common areas, internal useable open air courtyards, lobby, circulation areas and parking lots that are allocated to each tenant as may from time to time be subject to lease to Tenant and all tenants of the Project, as determined by Landlord and applied on a consistent basis throughout the Project.
Rentable Area. 1,844 square feet.
