Rental Payments

Rental Payments. Shall mean any rental payments received by Agent (or which Agent is entitled to receive) and, except for the sharing provisions set forth herein, which Agent is entitled to retain for the benefit of itself and the Pre-Petition Lenders from the lease by Owner (with Agent's prior written consent) of some or all of the Property to any Person after the date of this Agreement.

Rental Payments. Means, for any period, with respect to any Person, all of such Person's operating lease or rent obligations other than capital lease obligations.

Rental Payments. All amounts that a Customer is required to pay periodically under a Contract as rental under a lease, or principal and interest under a loan, with respect to the Equipment and the Software subject to such Contract
