Example Definitions of "Rentals"
Rentals. Means, collectively, all Minimum Rent, Additional Rentals, Percentage Rent and other sums and charges payable by the Tenants under the Lease. Rentals shall not include Security Deposits unless and until such Security Deposits are forfeited.
