Reorganization Securities. Common stock, other non-redeemable stock or debt subordinated to the Senior Indebtedness on terms at least as favorable to the holders of Senior Indebtedness as the terms of this Note, in each case issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization or otherwise in a Reorganization in exchange for Subordinated Indebtedness.
Reorganization Securities.
