Example Definitions of "Repayment Date"
Repayment Date. Has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this PASI Note.
Repayment Date. Means 6 (six) months from the date of this Agreement;
Repayment Date. The date on which the Corporation has repaid in full in cash all amounts outstanding under the Notes (as defined in each of the Loan Agreements)
Repayment Date. Means the date on which the principal of and interest on the Loan have been paid in full.

Repayment Date. As defined in Article 2.3;
Repayment Date. A repayment date set forth in the Schedule TWO, and if such corresponding day falls on a day other than a Business Day, the following Business Day shall be the Repayment Date. If such following Business Day occurs in the next month, the immediately preceding Business Day shall be the Repayment Date.
