Replacement Option

Example Definitions of "Replacement Option"
Replacement Option. An Option granted to a Participant equal to the number of shares of already owned Bank Stock that are delivered by the Participant to exercise an Option, as described in Section 9(b) below.
Replacement Option. An Means an Option granted to a Participant equal to the number of shares of already owned Bank Company Stock that are delivered by the Participant to exercise an Option, as described in Section 9(b) below. 9(b).
